Doctor?
Who needs a doctor?
We got the Innerwebs!
Diagnose oneself.
With the worst possible case/scenario.
Then IGNORE symptoms.
For many weeks.
Eventually visit Doctor.
"It's blah de blah de blah, take tabs, rub this in, rest".
What does HE know?!
Feeling better. :¬)
Unfortunately, my usual course of action of ignoring it until it goes away has worked so well, and is so effective for keeping medical bills at bay, that it's all I do now. I'm sure I'll regret it one day.
ReplyDeleteOh you men!
ReplyDeleteWell, I'm glad you're feeling better. From whatever it was that ailed you. ;-) xoxoxo
@UB: Yes, I'm sure one day you will regret that course of action!
LOL, dont you hate it when theyre right... Just cause they went to fancy doctor school and stuff..
ReplyDeleteNOOOO! Never Google your symptoms. Whatever it is it'll be cancer. Or AIDS. Or cancerous AIDS.
ReplyDeleteDoing the same thing myself - waiting til I either get better or keel over. x
ReplyDeleteEven being diagnosed w/Schmidt's Syndrome I must have the sharp prod of the missus to make that call to the doc.
ReplyDeleteIt must be a caveman thing..
hope all is well, how are things with the President of Parkhead?
Still kicking around?
Hmmm, I have the man gene for that!
ReplyDeleteThen again, I usually tell the Doc, "I know me better than you do. Which is why I'm here now. I can't write a prescription." ;)
Feel better!
What a lucky coincidence that the doctor, in his ignorance, just happened to give you the right treatment.
ReplyDeleteGlad you're feeling better :)
