Our Dearest Helen left us during the night.
She was surrounded by her family and friends.
It was very peaceful.

Thanks to everybody for your kind and encouraging comments on my last post.

I will talk to you all soon.

  1. I can only offer a silent hug in quiet understanding. We care.

  2. You and your family are in my thoughts, Map. The love that surrounded Helen will now help get the rest of you through. xo

  3. Map - I am so sorry. Take care of yourself and your family. She was much loved and touched the lives of those who never met her.

  4. You've been in my thoughts, Map. I am so sorry for your loss. Peace, love and strength to you and yours. xoxo

  5. Rest in peace, Helen.

I wish for peace and comfort for you and your family, Map. I am thinking of you in this sad time.

  6. I can only second what Leah has said. I am so glad she had a peaceful end surrounded by her loved ones. We would all like that.

  7. My heart knows your loss... and offers love and peace... both to Helen and to you and the rest of your family. Knowing that you were there, loving her, will have made her journey a little less painful. She will always be watching over all of you, loving all of you, always in your hearts and minds. Warm hugs to you, Map. xoxo

  8. My heartfelt thanks to you all.
This is not a time I would wish to re-live.
It's been a long few months.
We are having the wake tonight, and the funeral is on Friday.
    I wish you all peace.

  9. O I am sorry, forgive me being late.
    Sincerely Alan.

  10. Very, very sorry for your loss.
