The Clearing (Of The Heid!)

It's been a week of singing.

And a week of 'socialising'!

I went out three nights in a row, first one on me own (though one is never alone in my local!), second night with Mrs. Map (we laughed so much, people watching is good free entertainment!) and last night with me pal (another night of laughter!)

So today meself & Herself took off to the forest for a 'head clearing' walk. (I hasten to add that mine was the only head needing clearing!)

And I remembered the camera!

  1. Leprechauns are usually dressed in a studded leather apron and a red or green wide-brimmed hat. They carry two leather pouches. In one there is a silver shilling, a magical coin that returns to the purse each time it is paid out. In the other is a gold coin which they will use to try and bribe their way out of difficult situations. This coin usually turns to leaves or ashes once the leprechaun has parted with it.

Today however, it was a Pobel Vean himself dressed in Levis, a baseball cap and Doc Martin boots that smelled strongly of Special Brew and Clan Dew pipe tobaccy, as he made his merry way through the forest.

Oh the shame of it all so...

And leave it to you to take a photo I love with a pink sky and trees...better than pink elephants for those of you with the headache. ;)

  9. Chef; Aye, if I drank as much as I spilled I'd have been under the sod long back! Though the auld Black-Watch trews are most forgiving! :)
