To elaborate... it was a triumph over adversity, injustice, bigotry and hatred. It was a season win for the greatest of all those people we lost, for big Tommy, Jock Stein and the other heroes who stood before them. It was a poke in the eye for those who stole land, broke hearts and denied honest men a living while their families starved.

Did we succumb to those dishonest wearers of black who chose to cheat us on the field? Naw. Did we allow our heads to drop when the media, twisted Orange members and evi lMasonic divils tried to break our hearts? Naw. We rose as one in triumph, we castrated the hun with our iron will. We the men of Glesga, we the men of the Irish Republic, we fought... we won.

Was it about fitba? Naw... was it about hatred and politics? Naw... not at all, it was about pride and love, respect and honour. It was about being a Celt. We are proud Celts, we are Celtic on both sides of the water, we are all Neil Lennon, every one of us. We stand together, We are the equalisers who fight injustice, we are the proud men of Athenry, we are THE men amongst men.
We are generations of men who refuse to lay down, we keep the faith without ever entering into a religion. We are loyal to each other, we are loyal to those proud men in green and white. We are the faithful men of Celtic FC.
