when we had the club, the best meal of the day/night was just cold cuts, cheese and a glass of wine! of course, this was consumed around3-4am, just like you! cheers! xoxoxox
Great timing! Yesterday for the first time for yonks, with MTL's returning appetite we bought bacon. Ketchup is one of his staples and wholemeal bread one of mine. Guess what we'll have for lunch? Many thanks. No Irish butter but nothing's perfect.
A meal fit for a king, i live half a block fronm a 24hr diner, still has jukeboxes in each booth, the 3am special- bacon and cheese omelette, rye toast, chocolate milkshake- to be consumed only when drunk.
Map, that is the best piece of advertising I have ever heard!!!! Screw the Madison Avenue suit wearing assholes, all we need to sell product is real people, nice one. Ps, thanks for f*****g up my low carb diet plan for the day. I am off to get some bud, bacon and bread. Cheers, Sausage.
oh, but mister map, we gypsies are not known for our calm nature, now are we??? ;)
and yes, the campfire is coming together a bit at last!!! the buddhas are in their places, windchimes chiming, incense and candles burning and my himalayan salt crystals burning brilliant orange! all is well - that is, except for the remaining stacks of stacks of boxes left unpacked still! but help is on the way this afternoon and the new bedframe arrives today so no more sleeping on a bed meant for less than one whole person! ;) once a few more boxes are done away with, i'll be sending pleas across the way for your offer of a blessing, along with those bacon butties and a glorious sing-song time! see you then, mister!!! ;)
Nice.
ReplyDeleteIt is 12.41 (lunch time) here. I have not had breakfast or lunch.
My stomach has just had a strongly worded talk with me.
Off to the kitchen I go.

I'll leave you the Bud... can't stomach beer of any kind. ;-)
ReplyDeleteThe bacon? Absolutely! As long as it is nice and crisp all through. I would probably want to add a fired egg and some cheese to that, though...
How do you sleep after something like that? At all?

Change the bacon for a roll on sausage, onions and broom sauce 'hp'.
ReplyDeleteGYPSYWOMAN: Let us know when you are ready to recieve visitors. Until then... :¬)

Ryan; Tempting! (Though I was never fond of 'hp', our version is 'chef'! :¬)
