  1. Nice.

It is 12.41 (lunch time) here. I have not had breakfast or lunch.

My stomach has just had a strongly worded talk with me.

Off to the kitchen I go.

  7. Great timing! Yesterday for the first time for yonks, with MTL's returning appetite we bought bacon. Ketchup is one of his staples and wholemeal bread one of mine. Guess what we'll have for lunch? Many thanks.
No Irish butter but nothing's perfect.

  8. I'll leave you the Bud... can't stomach beer of any kind. ;-)

The bacon? Absolutely! As long as it is nice and crisp all through. I would probably want to add a fired egg and some cheese to that, though...

  21. oh, but mister map, we gypsies are not known for our calm nature, now are we??? ;)

and yes, the campfire is coming together a bit at last!!! the buddhas are in their places, windchimes chiming, incense and candles burning and my himalayan salt crystals burning brilliant orange! all is well - that is, except for the remaining stacks of stacks of boxes left unpacked still! but help is on the way this afternoon and the new bedframe arrives today so no more sleeping on a bed meant for less than one whole person! ;) once a few more boxes are done away with, i'll be sending pleas across the way for your offer of a blessing, along with those bacon butties and a glorious sing-song time! see you then, mister!!! ;)
