Me? A Judge?

I was asked to be a judge at a talent competition for some of our older citizens last week.
It was a privilege and an honour.
It was also great fun!
Most of these  ladies (and the few gents) are good pals of mine at this stage so the bribes were many!
The winner was a sprightly 94yr old! (5th pic down, sitting on stage.)

  2. Look at the raw joy in everyone's face. See what music does to people? And its effect never abates, even into old age.

  11. I thought you were meant to be short.
You positively tower over those dear ladies

  12. Pat; Yes. As you know, the rumours of my short stature have been greatly exaggerated, by a certain culinary fiend. (And no, I didn't leave an 'r' out of that last word!) :¬)

  14. Chef; I think it's time we came clean, about the size thing, nothing to be ashamed of my friend, you can always look up to me as your best pal. I'm always here for ya. :¬)

  15. Aye, you are always here. That's why the neighbours believe that I have a shorter older brother that dwells in the barn, (rent free.)

I admit it was handy having you here when the kids were younger, we told them you was a goblin that patrolled the bridge. It kept them away fae the water for a good few years.
